You can contact me by completing the enquiry form, sending an email, or calling or texting me. All enquiries are treated with sensitivity and confidentiality.

Sessions are for adults aged 18 and over.

All sessions are in-person and last 50 minutes.

Sessions take place in two warm and welcoming locations:

Congleton: The Space, 35–37 High Street, CW12 1AX
Wilmslow: Studio One, Counselling and Psychotherapy, Alderley Road, SK9 1JX

Both venues are booked on an ad-hoc basis, so payment in advance is required to secure your session and reserve the room. This ensures the space is confirmed exclusively for your appointment. Each location provides a supportive and welcoming environment for our therapeutic work together.

Every therapy journey is unique. Some people attend for a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term work. In our first session we will explore your goals, what you hope to gain, and create a plan tailored to your needs. We will review progress regularly to ensure the sessions continue to support your growth, healing, and emotional wellbeing.

No. Sessions are completely confidential and will not appear on medical records unless you choose to share. What we discuss stays between us, within the confidentiality limits explained in our agreement.

Everything discussed in our sessions is confidential. There are rare situations where I am legally required to break confidentiality, including disclosures relating to terrorism, drug trafficking, money laundering, or child protection concerns. Confidentiality may also need to be broken if there is a safeguarding risk involving you or someone else who may be at risk of serious harm or abuse.

Lumi means snow in Finnish, symbolising clarity, calm, and gentle light. It reflects my own journey of rediscovering my authentic self, finding clarity in life’s challenges, and embracing inner growth. My aim is to offer that same sense of clarity, understanding, and renewal to the people I support.
